Our most comprehensive option is Infinicare. We install a device that monitors all the devices in your network and reports back to us. Using this information, we can resolve problems proactively or make recommendations for improvements. We offer 3 levels of Infinicare Service to provide a wide range of options at great value.

We also offer Infinicare Monitoring without any additional services. At this level, we install our monitoring software on one of your servers. This allows us to monitor your infrastructure and notify you when we have indications of a problem. If you desire, we can authorize the necessary work and we will provide the services at a rate that is reduced from our standard rate.

We can also provide Time and Material support for any organization as well as place a Support Engineer on-site on a regular basis.
