Upgrades and Migrations - The release of new Operating System or application versions has become more frequent and many organizations are struggling to keep up.  Implementing upgrades or migrations requires specialized skills that are not the same as those required once the new version is implemented.  Infinity can provide these skills to help your organization implement new versions efficiently and allow your staff time to develop the operational experience necessary to support the updated Operating System or Application.

Infrastructure Assessment - Has your organization maximized the use of the available applications and platforms?   How well are these applications and platforms aligned with your business goals.  If you are considering an upgrade, what changes will be needed?  In partnership with Microsoft, we can deliver a high-level overview of how your technology is deployed and what is available to improve it.  This four-to eight-hour assessment is available at no charge to qualifying companies.

Strategic Review - Does your organization have a plan for technology implementation? Or are new applications and platforms implemented reactively based on current business problems. With a strategic plan, organizations are able to make smart technology choices and include them in budget considerations. Infinity can review and document your current infrastructure, work with your organization to understand success criteria and business drivers, and develop a detailed roadmap for technology implementation.  Duration and pricing is dependant on the size of your organization, but typically lasts 1 to 3 weeks.

Operational Assessment - Is your infrastructure performing at the level required by your organization?  Is end-to-end availability adequate?  Are all of your vendors providing the service levels necessary for you to meet the availability requirements of your organization?  Infinity can assess all aspects of your infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements in reliability, availability and security.  Duration and pricing is dependant on the size of your organization, but assessment typically lasts 2 to 6 weeks.
