Consult-to-Hire Services

Infinity delivers professional services, through a flexible business model, to meet your intermediate resource needs by providing a hiring prerogative option after a predetermined assignment time (usually six months).

If your resource needs are intermediate-term project driven with the long-term expectancy to hire, then our consult-to-hire engagement may be the option for you.

Based upon your criteria, Infinity will identify the proper resources that satisfy your business and technology requirements, specific to your culture and environment.

After the initial candidate qualification process, you can make the final selection on which resources are the best fit.

Infinity will then assign the selected resources to your project, based upon mutually agreed upon terms, for you to manage for the life of the project, or until you decide to exercise your hiring prerogative. The consulting period allows for a thorough understanding of the individual's talents, contributions, and compatibility before making a long-term commitment.

Should your hiring expectations plans change during the consulting period, no problem. You can either extend the assignment longer, or you may terminate the assignment with a thirty-day notice.
