Management Team

Tom Fetkovich is a Principle of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Employee Development functions. Prior to co-founding Infinity in 2000, Tom held sales and recruiting positions with prominent Pittsburgh IT consulting services companies including KCS Computer Services. Before entering the IT services consulting industry in 1990, Tom was an IT Consultant for Arthur Andersen for two years.

Melissa Pearce is a Principle of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Customer Development, Business Development, and Customer Relations functions. Prior to co-founding Infinity in 2000, Melissa held Business Development positions with prominent Pittsburgh IT consulting services companies including KCS Computer Services. Before entering the IT services consulting industry in 1998, Melissa was a Customer Service Representative for a financial planning services organization.

Ron Pearce is a Principle of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Marketing Development, Contract Administration, and Quality Assurance functions. Prior to co-founding Infinity in 2000, Ron held executive management, sales and recruiting positions with prominent Pittsburgh IT consulting services companies including KCS Computer Services, Computer Task Group, and Data Personnel. Ron has devoted his entire career to the IT professional services industry since 1971.

Wayne Sera is a Principle of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Customer Development, Business Development, and Customer Relations functions. Prior to co-founding Infinity in 2000, Wayne held sales management, recruiting, software development, and I/T teaching positions with prominent Pittsburgh IT consulting services companies including Computer Specialists (CIBER), KCS Computer Services, Orion Resources, and The ICM School of Business. Before entering the IT services consulting industry in 1985, Wayne was a Software Developer for eight years.

Chuck Bezilla is the Business Development Director of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Customer Development, Business Development, and Customer Relations functions. Chuck has held management and sales positions at leading Pittsburgh IT consulting services companies including Consulting Professional Resources (CPR), Pyramid Consulting Group, Information Technology Professionals Inc. (ITPI), and Rapidigm (Computerpeople). Prior to entering IT consulting in 1986, Chuck held management and software development positions at Fortune 500 companies including Mellon Bank, PPG Industries, PNC, and Olivetti.

Dennis Coglianese is the Solutions Practice Director of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Solution Delivery, Project Management, Resource Management, and Quality Assurance functions. Prior to joining Infinity in 2000, Dennis held IT Director and Management positions since 1985 with prominent national companies including MicroAge, Crown Communications, Vector Security, and Holmes Protection. Dennis has also held executive offices for the Pittsburgh chapter of AITP.

Chad Pearce is the Human Resources Manager of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Employee Development functions. Prior to Joining Infinity in 2002, Chad completed his B.S. degree in Business Administration/ Management Information Systems at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Keith Arnold is the Business Development Manager of Infinity and is primarily responsible for the Business Development and Solutions Delivery functions for the Solutions Business Practice of Infinity. Prior to Joining Infinity in 2007, Keith was the Client Technical Support Analyst for ROAM Dynamic Media. Keith completed his B.S. degree in Business Management at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
