We understand that individuals have specific needs and we respond with employment classifications and options that meet your individual preferences.

Infinity provides two employment classifications that are equal in employment status. We offer a salary plus benefits classification (don't forget to visit our Benefits page – they're awesome), or if benefits aren't as important to you, you can elect our hourly classification. As an hourly employee, you receive additional compensation in lieu of benefits. Either way you are just as valuable to us.

If you are seeking a career in consulting, you can enjoy a long-term occupation of challenging assignments with a variety of clients (don't forget to visit our Clients page – they're quite impressive). You can even expand your knowledge through our training benefits and certification tracks. Also, seniority is rewarded with additional incentives. Your career commitment will contribute to our company's continued success and growth.

If you are not sure if a career in consulting is right for you, then a consult-to-hire option may be the path for you. We provide our clients with a hiring prerogative that is designed to allow you to be hired by our clients after an initial period of consulting. With this option, you have the opportunity to experience and evaluate a client's culture and environment before committing to a long-term employment situation. This is a great way to assess many variables, so as to make a wise and well informed employment decision.

If consulting is not right for you at this time, then many of our clients have direct hire opportunities available. Upon the completion of a successful client interview process, you have the opportunity to become an employee of an organization that meets your career expectations.
