The Infinity benefits package gives our employees the security of knowing that their personal needs are provided for so that they can focus on meeting the needs of their clients.

Infinity looks to attract employees for the long term. In addition to a stellar Health Care package, our benefits feature an employer-matched 401(k) plan, educational incentives, and additional income opportunities through a variety of bonus programs.

Health Care - Infinity offers employees the absolute best health care coverage available from Highmark – HDHP. This premier plan is a self-referred, managed health care program. Also available within the health care program are major medical and prescription drug plans. The plan carries a $2,600 deductible for individuals and a $5,200 deductible for families. There are no co-pays associated with the plan.

Dental Care - The DentalGuard Plan by Guardian is a premier self-referred, managed dental care program. The annual coverage limit is $1,000 per person exclusive of orthodontia.

Vision Care - Our self-referred, managed vision care program is provided by Vision Benefit of America. The plan completely covers eye examination, lenses, and frames ($90 - $120 retail) when network providers are used.

Life Insurance - Infinity provides employees $50,000 of term life insurance through UNUM and also extends the option to purchase additional insurance at a competitive rate.

Paid Overtime - Infinity pays overtime for all employees who work more than 40 hours per week. Overtime must be client approved, and payment for overtime hours is compensated on a straight time basis.

Holidays - Six paid holidays are provided each year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off (PTO) - PTO is earned paid time off to be used for personal or sick time needed away from work. PTO hours are not prorated for partial months worked.

PTO Accrual schedules are as follows:

  • Years 1-3 - 10 hours/month - 120 hours/year max
  • Years 4-7 - 14 hours/month - 168 hours/year max
  • Years 7-10 - 17 hours/month - 204 hours/year max
  • Years 10 + - 20 hours/month - 240 hours/year max

401k Retirement Plan – Infinity provides a qualified 401K plan through Allegheny Investments. This plan offers the opportunity to accumulate a retirement income by investing a percentage of your pre-taxed gross income. The amount you invest is automatically deducted from your paycheck. Infinity provides a matching contribution of $.50/$1.00 up to 5% of employee’s investment. All employees are eligible after six months of employment service with Infinity. Other highlights include immediate rollover eligibility, quarterly enrollment periods, and 100% vestment after six years.

Year-End Bonus Program - Employees are rewarded with additional monetary incentives for exemplary service. The year-end bonus is determined by total billable time compiled in the calendar year. An additional bonus is awarded to the top-billing employee.

Employee-Referral Bonus Program - Employees are compensated for referring candidates who are elected for employment at Infinity. A $2,000 bonus is paid in three installments at the three, six and twelve month employment anniversaries of the referred employee.

Travel Allowance - Travel allowances are provided at the rate of $.30/mile for the difference in mileage from the employee’s home to the client site, minus the distance from the employee’s home to the Infinity office. (No travel allowance will be paid if the distance to the client site is less than or equal to the distance to the Infinity office).

Parking Allowance - Parking assistance is provided at the rate of up to $3.00 per day if free parking is not available at the client site.

Workers' Compensation - Infinity's Workers' Compensation insurance may provide benefits for job-related illness, injury, or death, including payment of medical care, partial replacement of lost income, and/or a lump-sum payment in the event of death.

Training Allowance - Our training reimbursement program provides an allowance for college accredited and certifiable technical training courses. Infinity reimburses 50% of the cost for tuition and materials up to a maximum of $2,000.00 per year.

Workplace Account - The employee bank account program offers free PNC Bank services including checking, check card, online banking, ATM transactions, and seminars. The program also features a .25% discount on loans and lines of credit.

Social Activities -Infinity offers a variety of activities for employees and their families, including an annual summer picnic, an annual Christmas party, and trips to sporting events.

Employee Award Program - Infinity recognizes and rewards employees for excellent service on a monthly and yearly basis.
