Year-End Bonus Program
- ITS rewards employees for exemplary
service, with additional monetary incentives, based upon individual billable
time. The year-end bonus is based upon the total yearly billable time as
compiled in the calendar year. The actual year-end bonus amount is
determined by the corresponding level of billable time. An additional bonus
award is given to the top billing employee.

Employee-Referral Bonus Program
- ITS rewards employees for referring
candidates for employment at ITS. The
total bonus amount paid is $1,000, paid in two equal installments at the
three and six employment anniversary of the referred employee.

Paid Overtime
- ITS pays overtime for all employees
who work more than 40 hours per week. Overtime must be client approved, and
payment for overtime hours is compensated on a straight time basis.

Employee Award Program
- ITS recognizes and rewards its
employees for excellent service on both a monthly and yearly basis.
