401(k) Retirement Plan – ITS provides a qualified 401(k) plan through Allegheny Investments.  This plan offers the opportunity to accumulate a retirement income by investing a percentage of your pre-taxed gross income.  The amount you invest is automatically deducted from your paycheck.  ITS provides a matching contribution of $.25 per $1.00 up to 5% of employee’s investment.  All employees are eligible after six months of employment service with ITS.  Other highlights include immediate rollover eligibility, quarterly enrollment periods, and 100% vestment after six years.
